Focusing on timely cases and issues, Staff Editors were tasked with evaluating recent controversial cases and the truth of their impact on the law and society. While law students are by no means experts, as members of a legal publication and burgeoning academic writers, we are uniquely positioned to gain a different perspective on these cases than anyone else. Staff Editors shed light on the truth of these cases’ implications, impact, and consequences, beyond all of the dramatic, passionate opinions a person is exposed to in everyday life.
