Grading On
First year regular division students who rank at the top 5% of their class after either semester are awarded membership to Widener Law Review.  First year extended division students who rank at the top 5% of their class after the spring semester are awarded membership to Widener Law Review.  Second year extended division students who rank at the top 5% of their class in the fall semester are awarded membership to Widener Law Review.

Joint Write-On Competitions
Widener Law Review and the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law hold two writing competitions.  The Join Summer Write-on is held in mid-June.  Second year regular division students and third and forth year evening division students are eligible to participate.  The Joint Winter Write-on is held in mid-January.  Second year regular division students and second and third year extended division students are eligible to participate.
WLR and DJCL will provide a closed research packet on a selected topic.  Using the sources provided, students submit a scholarly paper of publishable quality. Students must also complete a Bluebook quiz. Lastly, students will submit a cover letter.

GPA Requirement
Please note, students must have at least a 2.7 cumulative GPA to be eligible for membership of WLR.
